Всероссийский детский фестиваль народной культуры
«Наследники традиций»
С 2020 года фестиваль «Наследники традиций» расширил этнокультурные границы и вышел на международный уровень. В 2021 году в отборочном туре приняли участие творческие коллективы и индивидуальные участники из 66 регионов РФ, а также соотечественники, проживающие за рубежом и иностранные граждане.
В 2020 году была создана платформа «Наследники традиций», которая позволила ускорить работу жюри и облегчить коммуникацию с участниками.
Фестиваль входит в Перечень олимпиад и иных интеллектуальных и (или) творческих конкурсов, мероприятий, направленных на развитие интеллектуальных и творческих способностей, способностей к занятиям физической культурой и спортом, интереса к научной (научно-исследовательской), инженерно-технической, изобретательской, творческой, физкультурно-спортивной деятельности, а также на пропаганду научных знаний, творческих и спортивных достижений, на 2020/21 учебный год (Приказ Минпросвещения России № 715 от 11.12.2020 г.).

For foreign participants
All-Russian Children’s Festival of Folk Culture
«Heirs of Tradition»
Federal state budget cultural institution «Russian center for artistic creation development and humanities» invites students and teachers of foreign countries to take part in the qualifying (correspondence) round of the federal stage of the All-Russian Children’s Festival of Folk Culture «Heirs of Traditions» in 2024.
Registration and acceptance of applications from foreign participants will take place on the digital platform of the Festival https://naslednikitraditsy.ru/ from May 01 to May 15, 2024.
Teachers of organizations in the field of education and culture, creative teams and individual participants from foreign countries are invited to participate:
- learners of Russian as a foreign language;
- students of foreign schools with Russian as the language of instruction;
- including children with disabilities.
There are two age groups of participants: 10-13 years old and 14-17 years old.
Participants from foreign countries — take part in the federal stage of the Festival without going through the regional stage and can submit their works to all directions of the Festival.
The organizers of the Festival are the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Vologda Region. With the support of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. The federal operator is Russian center for artistic creation development and humanities. Every year more than 140,000 people from 70 regions of the Russian Federation and foreign countries take part in the Festival.
The purpose of the Festival:
- identification, development and support of children showing outstanding abilities in the field of folk culture and art;
- education and development of personal success of children;
- introducing children to the values of the ethno-cultural heritage of the country and the region;
- development of national, international and interethnic relations;
- development of international cooperation in the field of education and culture;
- identification, examination and dissemination of the best pedagogical practices in ethnocultural education and upbringing of students.
Festival nominations:
Decorative and Applied Art; Folklore; Stage Forms of Folklore; Folk Costume; Traditional Shipbuilding; Topos. Short Film; Educational Brand of the Territory (nomination for teachers).
The final of the Festival is held annually in the Vologda Region from July 01 to July 10 on the territory of the Educational Center — Cadet School «Shipbuilders of Prionezhye» named after the Hero of Russia Yu.A. Vorobyov and on the platform https://naslednikitraditsy.ru/
